Sunset & Wilcox is a 15-story, 545,000 sq. ft. creative office suite vertical campus on two acres at the corner of Sunset and Wilcox in the heart of historic Hollywood. Developed by Millennium Partners in partnership with Shorenstein, a real estate investment firm known for its entrepreneurial approach to office and mixed-use properties, the forward-thinking building is the first zero-emission, all-electric office building of scale in Los Angeles and features one of the largest outdoor terraces of any high-rise in the region. Designed for flexibility and innovation, it also offers 57,000 sq. ft. of private outdoor space across every office level, along with the ability to incorporate a 22,000 sq. ft. media village with multiple studios.
