Millennium Partners Management is notifying individuals of a data security incident involving personal information of some customers and employees.
What Happened: On April 27, 2026, we discovered a network disruption. Upon discovery, we took immediate action to secure our network and engaged outside cybersecurity specialists to investigate. As part of the investigation, we learned that our network suffered an unauthorized access during times between April 24, 2026, and April 26, 2026. On July 9, 2026, we confirmed that data from our network had been accessed and acquired. That data contained personal information as described below.
What Information Was Involved: The information involved may have included Social Security numbers.
What We Are Doing: Upon becoming aware of the disruption, Millennium took immediate steps to secure its systems and enhance its security posture. In addition to these actions, Millennium has established a toll-free call center through TransUnion to answer questions about the incident.
What Individuals Can Do: If you believe that your information may have been involved, generally, it is best practice to remain vigilant for risk of identity theft and fraud by reviewing your account statements and credit reports for suspicious activity and errors. If you discover any suspicious or unusual activity, promptly contact the applicable financial institution or service provider. Individuals are entitled to one free credit report annually from each of the three major credit reporting bureaus: TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Individuals can learn more about identity theft, fraud alerts, credit freezes, and personal information protection by contacting the credit reporting bureaus, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or state Attorneys General.
